Moving and getting ready to sell your home? Trying to decide how to arrange the furniture to make things look less cluttered in your apartment or rental property? Professional staging has become a popular option for homeowners, realtors and property management groups in Lancaster County, and I love the opportunity to get a home or business ready for market!
Staging involves arranging and decorating a room or an entire home so things look fresh, clean and attractive to potential buyers or tenants. Staging doesn’t always require buying new decorations or spending lots of money to give your space a new look – when it comes to staging I’ll work with what you have, and “shop” your home, repurposing items you already own. I am happy to recommend storage options or décor that doubles as storage to keep clutter at a minimum while you’re working to sell your home.

For clients that are working to sell or lease a property that’s been vacant, we can set a budget for purchasing the items needed to make your home look a bit cozier and more inviting. If I’m unable to “shop” your home, we’ll make a list and I’m happy to shop for the items on your behalf. Staging plays a major role in helping potential buyers see themselves in your home, and imagine how they might set things up or decorate each room one day. It’s also helpful to see how furniture fills a space and what colors look best with the home’s aesthetic.

PACKAGES + PRICING
Silver Staging Package
$450
Includes:
Consult + Walk Through
6 hours of professional staging
This package is great for sellers who are in the process of listing and have begun to declutter and get their home ready for market. I will utilize items you already have and help you organize and decorate your home in a way that's minimal, yet inviting.
Gold Staging Package
$450 + $75 per hour
Includes:
Consult + Walk Through + Shopping
6 hours of staging and $75 per hour for additional time spent shopping for furniture and décor
If your home has been vacant or you are a real estate investor looking to stage a rental property or an AirBnB, this package is for you. Not not only do you receive 6 hours of professional staging, but I'll shop for the furniture and décor you need to fill your space and make it attractive for visitors and potential tenants or buyers.
Commercial Staging Package
Starting at $550 + $75 per hour
Includes:
Consult + Walk Through + Shopping
8 hours of staging and $75 per hour for additional time spent staging or shopping
For a commercial project we'll need a full day of staging, shopping and design services. This package is perfect for getting your business ready for opening day, making things look polished and ready after remodeling, or simply giving your commercial space an upgrade. Pricing will vary depending on the size of your space and your unique needs.
Staging an Empty Space?
Staging an empty space is definitely possible and sometimes I think it's even better to work with a "blank canvas!" For an empty home or commercial space I will rent furniture after I meet with the homeowner or realtor and decide which rooms we will be staging.
