This can be a long process so if you know that you're planning to downsize, it's important to start early - a year in advance is great - this gives you plenty of time to arrange pick-up or drop off of large items and furniture that you plan to pass down to family or friends, and allows you time to sort through things at your own pace.

After you know what you're keeping, and what to get rid of, we'll work room by room to organize things. I'm happy to offer interior design suggestions to make your home more attractive to buyers as we work to eliminate clutter and prepare for your big move.
