Professional Organization & Decluttering Can Help You Downsize Easily - Or Better Enjoy Difficult Spaces in Your Current Home


It's my goal to help make your downsizing process as simple as possible whether you need a simple checklist or hands on help. I also love working with families to better organize tough spaces in their homes to make them more efficient and friendly.


If you're ready to downsize and declutter, we'll start by deciding what items you plan to keep and what items you can sell, donate to charity, or give to family and friends. This can be a long process so if you know that you're planning to downsize, it's important to start early - a year in advance is great - this gives you plenty of time to arrange pick-up or drop off of large items and furniture that you plan to pass down to family or friends, and allows you time to sort through things at your own pace.


After you know what you're keeping, and what to get rid of, we'll work room by room to organize things. I'm happy to offer interior design suggestions to make your home more attractive to buyers as we work to eliminate clutter and prepare for your big move.

During this 1.5 hour consultation you'll show me around your home and I'll do a complete walk through, making notes for every room. You'll receive a detailed outline with instructions for how and what to do to reorganize your space or prep for sale. Your outline will include storage recommendations and a complete list of the ideas we discussed during the walk through.

We'll start with a 1.5 hour consultation and walk through to make a game plan for tackling your project. You'll receive a detailed outline with all of my downsizing recommendations and be able to decide which areas of your home you'd like to prioritize and which you'd like to have me help with. Next, we'll plan a day to start decluttering or getting your home ready to sell. Package includes up to 3 hours of professional organizing. Additional hours are billed at $75 per hour.
